Fine Dining on Concerto

The dining experience on Concerto is no less elegant than the yacht itself. From the ultra modern galley our gourmet chef produces fine cuisine that will delight the most discerning palate and, of course, the food will be accompanied by an excellent range of wines.

Below is a sample menu plan for SY Concerto. Your charter menu will be compiled according to your personal preferences and the produce available in the local markets or on the fishing line!

Breakfast

Begin your day at a leisurely pace with breakfast up on deck. A selection of cereals (including homemade muesli), yoghurts, a fresh fruit platter, fresh pastries and bread, and a cooked option are served everyday with your choice of hot and cold drinks.

Lunch

Thai Beef Salad with a Lime and Chilli Dressing.

Tarte Basquaise served with local Charcuterie and a Mixed Salad .

Homemade Tagliatelle with Olives, Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Spinach.

Moules Marinières served with Chunky Fresh Bread.

Freshly made Salmon Fishcakes with a Selection of Sauces.

BBQ Chicken served with Tomato Chilli Jam and Couscous Salad.
